Sleeps up to four (4) people (including children) and features:

• A kitchenette with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, Sunroom table w/4 chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.

• A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 36" shower unit.

• The main room of the cottage has a queen bed, sitting chairs, cable TV, clock radio, hardwood floors, fireplace, (cottage also has electric heat & window A/C's) and ceiling fan.

• The second room in the cottage has 2 twin beds and another cable TV and ceiling fan.

• There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage.

• It is located approximately 100 ft. back from State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of Maine. 

• Vehicle parking is approximately 100 ft. from the cottage. It is the 1st Cottage along the driveway. You walk to the Cottage across the grass. Please use the designated graveled parking spot - see map given at check in) and do not attempt to drive on the grass as this breaks our water lines.

• An Add'l vehicle may park side by side on the graveled spot or use the extra parking at the front entryway to the property - see map given at check in

• The overall dimensions of the cottage are 30 ft. by 17 ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
