• Sleeps up to six (6) people (including children) and features:

• A kitchenette with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.

• A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 32" shower unit.

• A screened porch with 2 chairs and a cocktail table.

• The main room of the cottage has a Full Futon Sleeper Couch, a dining set for 4, color cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, fireplace (cottages also have electric heat) and hardwood floors.

• The second room of the cottage has One queen and one double bed and a small sofa, an additional cable TV.

• There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage.

• Our cottages are 30-40 yards apart.  Vehicle parking for this cottage is approx. 150 ft. from the cottage. The Cottage is inside of the property near the pond, rather than along the driveway. You walk to the Cottage across the grass. Please use the designated parking spot in our 2nd driveway and do not attempt to drive on the grass as this breaks our water lines.

• If you have visitors there's guest parking at the front entrance as outlined on the map given at check in

• The overall dimensions of the cottage are 40ft. by 17ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
