• The maximum number of people including children allowed in this cottage is 6. For the comfort of our guests we recommend no more than 4 adults or teenagers and 2 children.

• It has a kitchenette with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, table and chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.

• A private bathroom (6ft. x 9ft.) with 32" shower unit.

• A new sun porch has 4 chairs and a table.

• The main room of the cottage has full size sleeper sofa, 4 bar stools at a bar, color cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, fans in bedrooms a heat pump heat and A/C system and hardwood floors. (we provide bedding for the sofa)

• The cottage has two bedrooms, each with one queen (Just changed in 2020 from full to queen), one bedroom has an additional cable TV.

• There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage. our cottages are 30-40 yards apart.

• You can park your car next to the cottage.

• Please use the graveled parking spot - see map given at check in.

• Please Do not drive on the grass, as it breaks our water lines.

• 2nd car may park side by side on the graveled spot for addl' guest car parking please use the extra parking outlined on the map at the entrance of the property.

• The overall dimensions of the cottage are 34ft. by 23ft. with 8ft. ceilings.
