Eden Village's only Handicap Accessible cottage

Sleeps up to four (4) people (including children) and features:

A kitchenette with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, drop leaf table/4 chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.

A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 32"shower unit.This is situated in the Queen bedroom with the bedroom being the only access to this bathroom.

there is a small dinette set for 4 in livingroom and 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar area

The main room of the cottage has a full size sofa, coffee table, color cable TV, ceiling fan, fireplace (cottages also have electric heat and window A/C's) and hardwood floors .

The cottage has one small room with a double bed and a third room with a queen bed and additional cable TV .

There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage.

It is located approximately 85 ft. back from State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of Maine. 

Please use the designated parking spot in the 2nd driveway - see map given at check in.

Please Do not drive on the grass, as it breaks our water lines.

2nd car may park behind the designated spot for 10, please park parallel to the fence

Addl' guest car parking please use the extra parking outlined on the map at the entrance of the property.

The overall dimensions of the cottage are 43ft. by 17ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
